30 Day Return Policy
We accept returns for products sold by us within 30 days from purchase date with no restocking fee as long as the product is not used or damaged. Customers need to contact us and get an RMA number. Customer pays return shipping for product to be returned. Within 7 days of receiving the product returned, subject to our verification of no damage, unused and new condition of product, we will issue refund less initial shipment charges. In case the product condition is determined ineligible for return, we will ship it back to the customer.
To request a RMA number please email firstname.lastname@example.org with customer ID, order/purchase receipt number, product name, part number, photograph of product to be returned and reason for return. RMA number will be issued subject to company authorization.
Return for Error in Order
Products ordered in error can be returned in original packing only
within 14 days of purchase for no restocking fee. After 14 days of purchase,
15% restocking fee will be applied on qualifying returns and there is no refund for initial shipping charges. Return shipping will
be paid by customer.
Return for Shipped in Error
Products shipped in error by Parts For Tractors will be eligible for
return within 30 days. No restocking fee will be charged and return shipping
will be paid by Parts For Tractors.
Defective Product Returns
products sold by Parts For Tractors are backed by one year manufacturers limited
replacement warranty for manufacturing defects only from the date it is purchased.
In the event that a product is deemed to have manufacturing defect at the time of installation within the applicable
warranty period, customer shall provide written
notice of such determination, which notice must include the product name, part number, purchase receipt / order number, photograph of product and such other information
reasonably necessary to specifically identify such product. If the notice of a defective product is
accepted, Parts For Tractors shall issue a RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number. We do not provide warranty for electrical items and all such products that have been used, altered, modified, damaged due to improper install, normal wear and disassembled or dismantled. Upon presentation of part purchased along with original receipt, we reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the product before approving for warranty coverage.
Customer pays return shipping for product purchased
Parts For Tractors pays for replacement part covered under warranty
Damage to shipments after it has left our facility is not our
responsibility. Please retain original packaging and freight receipt and file a
claim with the shipping carrier.
